How does refrigerated shipping work?

If you have purchased a test that requires refrigerated sample dispatch, please note the following points:

• Step 2: Cold packs
• Step 3: Shipping carton
• Step 4: Collection

Step 1: Polystyrene box 

Keep the polystyrene box in a safe place, it is needed for shipping

Step 2: Cold packs

Make sure that the ice packs have been in the freezer long enough (at least 24 hours)

Step 3: Shipping carton

Seal the transport carton

Step 4: Collection

Order the UPS pickup and delivery in advance

Important information: To prevent longer shipping times, you need to send the cooled samples to the lab between Monday and Wednesday.
